most births outside of marriage

I have read an article on how most women give birth to children out side of marriage, and from what I have read the numbers are staggering. the number of teen parents has gone down while the number of unmarried women under 30 have gone up doesn't seem to make sense. It seems that even though the number of "teen parents " have gone down, I still think this article is trying to address the fact that there might still be a different issue that we've been ignoring through the years. Its the age we think will never happen to rise, going from 20-29 the women of our nation our deciding that they don't need to be married to build a family, or to raise a family, and accordingly the number has been on the rise for about 5 decades. Maybe the article is trying to give us reasons on why both male and females should wait to be married before starting a family, and how our females pick guys with bigger checks to start a family. Are they making right decision's that their experienced, mature enough to start a family of there own?
